Anyone who knows me knows that I have been fighting food and body for years.
Since I was twelve, I have been struggling with bulimia for more than a decade. In many ways, my eating disorder is a coping mechanism for trauma, but early programming around food doesn’t help.
I ate myself. I ate it my feelings. As a clumsy person, I eat to feel the control I feel when I can reverse the consumption process.
Even though I technically recovered to my twenties, it took me many years to stick to “good” foods, ironically or fat-free.
I found it difficult to enjoy food until my thirties because my diet was so restrictive and my fear of eating “bad” food was so strong.
Now, I have a healthier relationship with diet and I see how much it affects my self-esteem and quality of life, and I express a deep appreciation for those who help people to be peaceful with their food and their bodies.
That’s why I’m happy to introduce you to Jules Clancy’s work today (if you’re not familiar with it yet).
She was one of the earliest contributors of the site 14 years ago, which made her a very exciting addition to being a website sponsor this month.
She is also a former food scientist, turned health coach, and has struggled with a revelry diet, so she not only understands what our bodies need to thrive. She engages in an emotional struggle that forces many of us to overeat.
If you’re struggling with overeating and restricting and losing weight, I feel like you’ll appreciate her free webinar, the secret to changing your relationship with food.
Or comprehensive: The secret to changing your relationship with food so that you can fit food, weight and clothing again in the long run (even if you have tried it and failed many times, your confidence is low).
In short, it’s only half an hour – but also highly feasible. While Jules also offers a paid plan, the webinar itself may be the perfect start for a healthier, more fun diet.
I’m glad to realize that I’ve done a lot of what she suggests (actually, I think this approach can eat by saving my sanity, probably my life). But I noticed some areas of improvement and thanked for the opportunity to reflect on the changes I might want to make my diet more intentional and pleasant.
If you like food but don’t like your current habits or body, I highly recommend signing up for this free training.
Jules’ authenticity, relevance and expertise make her the perfect guide for anyone who wants to enhance her health and feel healthy and feel good without sacrificing her diet.

Hope this helps you!
