Thieves crashed a car into a gun store in Camarillo, Calif., and stole guns from inside, officials said.
The incident occurred around 4:20 a.m. Monday at the Camarillo Gun Shop at 1780 Ventura Blvd., the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office wrote on Facebook.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered that a blue Kia sedan had crashed into the store in an attempt to enter the building, leaving broken glass on the ground.

Several thieves then got out of the car, smashed two or three display cases, and stole the guns. The exact number of firearms stolen was not immediately known as the inventory was being counted.
The Kia was confirmed stolen hours before the break-in, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The second vehicle is believed to have been used as a getaway vehicle to flee the scene, the Sheriff’s Office said.

No suspects are in custody in connection with the burglary.
