KORA Organics’ Noni Glow Facial Oil, the organic, cruelty-free brand owned by supermodel Miranda Kerr, is definitely the most expensive item in my medicine cabinet, but I can’t get enough of it. It’s so luxurious that although I actually stopped buying it for a long time, I recently started using it again and it moisturizes my skin while smelling amazing. I love this serum for a few reasons. First, the company promotes that its products are cruelty-free and contain organic ingredients; the main ingredients in Noni Rejuvenating Oil include rosehip fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, etc. KORA Organics means ingredients come from organic farming. Unlike some brands that market “natural” products, this product actually feels natural and nourishing to the skin.
This facial oil also contains aromatherapy ingredients, with scents of rose, geranium and jasmine that are calming but not overpowering, which is why I love using it as part of my nightly regimen.
Another reason I love this facial oil is that it’s very gentle and fits right into my weekly routine. Every other night, I use a drugstore retinol product, which is one of the more “active” chemical skin care products, along with my regular moisturizer. But on the odd night, I like to add something extra gentle to my standard wash and moisturize routine. Noni Glow is very gentle and you can use it every day or multiple times a day, but I will say I like to stick to every other night as it stretches the product and makes it last longer. Because this is another kind of splurge.
