In yet another story of witness harassment by Donald Trump, Stormy Daniels told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that Trump is trying to obtain her 13-year-old daughter’s address and other personally identifiable information.

In an exclusive interview with Maddow, Stormy Daniels warns the Republican presidential candidate is doing a “hush money” trial in which a jury convicted Donald Trump of 34 felonies in New York. to force her to hand over her 13-year-old daughter’s address and other personally identifiable information. She said they were trying to take her partner’s house and she would have to pay $600,000, plus sanctions and possible arrest.
“More than anything, I believe that Trump is trying to use me as an example to anyone who dares stand up to him. I was served again yesterday, sorry, the day before yesterday, and they were trying to take over my partner’s house. With I have nothing to do with it. The house is not his. Technically, it requires a mortgage to own it. I pay him rent every month, but I don’t own the title. My name is not on it. I have no money invested in this house. They are trying to take his house.
“They asked for my 13 year old daughter’s personal information and I refused to fill out the form. I identified information there about her, yes, where she lives, her legal name, her date of birth, for example, why do you need it About the child? So I didn’t fill out that part of the form. I left it blank and they rejected it and asked for sanctions against me and I had to pay the money.
“I have to pay $600,000, plus sanctions and contempt of court, and that comes with an arrest warrant, possibly an arrest warrant, because of what I said, they found him guilty, and I have to pay that as well, and I’m protecting me children.
Daniels discussed being doxxed since testifying and receiving more brazen death threats than before, and she also reported that her animals had been harmed and her daughter couldn’t go out because of the media.
This is not about rewarding people for fulfilling their civic duty by complying with subpoenas.
Daniels pointed out that even mothers who support Trump don’t want to give him personal information about their young daughters.
“You are probably Trump’s biggest supporter, a woman who voted for Trump. Ask that woman, yes. Do you love Trump? Yes. You have your youngest daughter’s legal name, address and identifying information on him What do you think? Yeah. I can’t imagine any woman giving that information away. Look how quickly this happened because she and I were there. Together, apparently, she’s with her dad sometimes. Why am I doing this?
Donald Trump has a history of threatening witnesses. It is appalling that our legal system fails to act to protect witnesses, and it is unbelievable that they allow a felon like Donald Trump to pursue a 13-year-old child out of revenge.
Donald Trump is exploiting the weaknesses of our institutions and using them to punish and harass anyone who speaks out against him. If he’s re-elected president, he wants to take control of the FBI and the Justice Department. The Supreme Court has granted him kingly powers, so his character matters more than ever. Do we want a king who molests a 13-year-old to punish his parents? Imagine what he would do with the unlimited power of the federal government, military and investigative agencies.
