Royce White, a former NBA player and strong supporter of former President Donald Trump, won the Minnesota Republican Senate primary.
The victory positions White as the Republican nominee to challenge incumbent Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar in the upcoming election.
According to White’s website:
My name is Royce White. I am a father and a patriot ready to fight for the free people of America. I was born and raised in a working-class family in the Twin Cities. Currently, I am a professional basketball and mixed martial arts athlete. Early in my career as a professional athlete, I fought with the NBA to create a mental health policy when there was no such policy.
Our communities find themselves at the center of culture wars, as well as many other forms of war…spiritual, psychological, economic, and more. I will fight on behalf of the people of Minnesota in the greater fight for American citizenship.
Now we face an enemy who intends to taint our citizenship through an idea called “globalism.” We must begin to understand how the global affects the local and take a stand for God, family, and country. I fought hard against the corporate world responsible for this globalist agenda. Send me to Washington so I can continue this fight in the Senate swamp.
