Kennedy, who had addressed the convention earlier, handed out squeaky rubber chickens so the crowd could question Trump’s refusal to debate him.
CNN’s Kate Sullivan posted that the Secret Service is confiscating rubber chickens:
“Secret Service agents are confiscating rubber chickens distributed by a pro-Kennedy super PAC to attendees in an effort to disrupt Trump’s speech at the Libertarian Party convention tonight.
“No lighters, no water bottles, no noisy chickens,” one agent shouted to those in line.
Trump was afraid of being questioned, so he had the Secret Service ban the chickens on the grounds that they posed a threat to Trump’s safety, and the squeaky rubber chickens were confiscated.
Trump also reportedly tried to kick liberals out of his own convention and filled ballrooms with MAGA supporters, which was very on-brand for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump tries to manipulate everything, so of course, he tried to manipulate the crowd at the Libertarian Party convention in his favor.
Trump and fellow Republicans chanted slogans in the ballroom where Trump was to deliver his speech.
Trump is trying to overthrow the government, but he’s afraid of rubber chickens.
