Biden and Harris reach a historic deal to free American hostages, and Donald Trump responds with a racist post about Kamala Harris.
Biden and Harris negotiated the largest hostage exchange since the end of the Cold War. Three detained Americans were among those released. This is a historic event:

The Republican presidential candidate should have plenty to say about the news. He should be welcoming Americans home, especially since he was unable to get them released while he was president.
This is what Trump posted:
Thank you Kamala for the beautiful photos you sent me years ago! Thank you so much for your warmth, friendship and love of Indian heritage.

At the time of publication, Trump was not thinking about America and was going all-in on his racist campaign against Kamala Harris.
Freeing the hostages is not important to Donald Trump. The former president does not care about the Americans who were and are still being imprisoned by his friend Putin. The release of the hostages did not help Trump’s campaign return to the White House, so he ignored it when this story was published.
There isn’t a bone in Donald Trump’s body that cares about America or the American people. Trump can sense that he is in danger of losing the presidential election badly, and winning the election is the only thing stopping him from becoming a federally convicted felon.
Trump’s racist attacks didn’t work Wednesday They won’t work today.
What Donald Trump is doing is reminding most Americans why they rejected him in 2020, and will likely do so again in 2024.
