Any conviction obtained in the so-called “trial” of former President Donald Trump for allegedly tampering with financial records will be overturned on appeal by the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary, as tampering with financial records is only a crime in New York . Paying money to Stormi Daniels is not a crime. The purpose of this entire case was simply to give Daniels a megaphone to spread her accusations across the country. It is outrageous that the district attorney filed the case and the judge did not declare a mistrial.
One thing that could really lead to this case destroying Donald Trump is whether he testifies truthfully in his kangaroo court trial. Lying liberal DAs, liberal Democratic jurors and judges will give Donald Trump the “Michael Flynn treatment.” Michael Flynn, Donald Trump’s first national security adviser, gave truthful testimony to special counsel Robert Mueller, for which he was subsequently indicted and ousted from the White House. This is exactly what will happen to Donald Trump if he testifies in this mocking trial. Trump should view this trial as a display of dirty street art and say he is unqualified to respond to such garbage.
