In a phone interview with Sean Hannity, Trump ranted about World War III and what the military had done for him, sounding like a threat to the country.

Trump said:
We were hit with a gift from China, the Chinese virus, and we did an amazing job. She hired the stock market before covid-19 arrived. I was told it would take five years and it took us months. The military is amazing, by the way, the military is not awake yet, the people above are awake, but the military will never wake up, they are incredible people. Everything they did for me in the fight against ISIS, we didn’t have a war, we were heading toward World War III, and it seemed to me like this man said I was running things.
He’s not running the business, and I suspect the people around the Oval Office, the Resolute Desk, the beautiful Resolute Desk, are running the business in Washington, and it’s really bad. He brings them into war and law, and you can use a lot of different terms. Basically using the judiciary, the local district attorney, the local attorney general to go after political opponents, and no one had ever seen anything like it. Some people light it up – read articles saying it’s a positive, but it’s not, it’s very unfair, it’s an unfair fight. But he’s the one who got us into trouble.
All of these lawsuits are, quite simply, and everything else, Joe Biden’s inspiration, which means the Biden people are inspired. I think this is a very sad moment for our country, we are not respected anywhere in the world and he is not respected and our country is in very serious trouble. I will tell you if we are not careful we will be in the middle of World War III which will not be a war and he will have seen it before because of the weapons. The weaponry overall is very different than having two army tanks going against each other, it’s a whole different world. No one person can represent us correctly, that’s for sure.
Trump believes the military works for him, not the United States. The military does nothing for the president. Trump doesn’t make sense. The top brass of the military have woken up, but others have not. What does that really mean, other than the idea that Trump can use the woke excuse to fire all the generals he doesn’t like and replace them with his own loyalists.
The Hannity interview is a huge red flag.
Trump has not participated in the campaign for 12 days, and the only interviews he has given have been by phone.
If the media were to start asking questions about the candidates, they should start with Donald Trump, because his media performance suggests he is unfit to serve as president.
