Donald Trump held an emergency rally in North Carolina, but instead of delivering his message, he turned into a disaster of nonsense.
When Trump declared poll fraud and said Biden would take back the Democratic nomination, he should have been talking about his economic policies:

Trump once Stop reading his prepared speech and start rambling about his conversation with Elon Musk:
Trump has now gone completely off script, claiming he was “tortured” by Elon for two and a half hours. The speech was a disaster because Trump threw away the script and just spouted nonsense. pic.twitter.com/CLoqFUjdH7

Trump did promise to cut electricity prices in half, but did not specify how, since the electricity is produced by private energy companies:
Trump promises to cut electricity prices in half. He didn’t say how he was going to do that because the government doesn’t produce its own energy, so we’ve reached a point in the campaign where Trump failed and made crazy and impossible promises. pic.twitter.com/uUuTQTrHy0

Trump’s speech was a disaster because he could no longer send a message. Trump went off topic. At times, he abandoned the script entirely on the teleprompter. He spoke for over an hour, much of which made no sense and veered off in all sorts of directions.
This is Trump trying to stay on topic, but he can’t.
The Trump campaign must be freaking out because they sent him to North Carolina In an effort to get ahead of Vice President Harris, who will unveil her economic agenda on Friday, what they get is a fragmented, undisciplined mess, with information, if any, buried in Trump’s nonsense.
Trump has shown that he is too old and mentally incapable of competing with Harris. Kamala Harris leads in polls What Donald Trump did in North Carolina does not change that reality.
