Alex Jones recently interviewed Tucker Carlson on InfoWars and the founder of the Tucker Carlson Network shared some interesting facts about the death of Jack Ruby.
Jack Ruby, born Jacob Rubinstein, was a nightclub owner who killed Lee Harvey Oswald two days after Oswald was charged with assassinating President John F. Kennedy .
Tucker told Jones, “You do wonder how Jack Ruby died of cancer a week before the second trial.”
Jones added, “They’ve weaponized cancer to kill you in two weeks.”
CIA psychiatrist Tucker continued, “Joylen West visited him, and the next thing you know, ‘Oh, I have terminal cancer. I died a week later.

According to declassified CIA documents, Joylen West did perform the special technique on Ruby shortly after he was imprisoned for Oswald’s murder.
A report released by the CIA titled “Jack Ruby’s Psychiatric Examination Report” revealed that West used “hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentotal” techniques on Ruby.
Before becoming Ruby’s psychiatrist in prison, West was famous for participating in MkUltra, a CIA program that used LSD to brainwash and psychologically torture people.
West was also infamous for killing an elephant with LSD in 1962, which led the CIA to tag him a year later in 1963 to take care of Ruby in prison, which made things so Even stranger.
Reporter Emma North-Best takes a closer look at the CIA documents on Ruby:
An isolation cell was built for Ruby to live in while he awaited his fate and considered the possibility of execution. The proposal states: “There are reasons to believe that environmental manipulations can influence the tendency for dissociative phenomena to occur. In particular, isolation can significantly alter an individual’s response to suggestions in the form of spoken communication. It is recommended that new experiments utilizing special environmental manipulations, including sensory isolation, be initiated …”
West’s proposal states that these can produce significant personality changes, which Ruby seemed to undergo during West’s examination of him. The report said Ruby was suffering from psychosis and delusions at the time.
“Hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentotal are among the possible techniques” that could be used to treat Ruby, West said in the report. In his proposal to the CIA to continue working with them on MKULTRA, he proposed “a combination of hypnotic techniques and autonomic drugs.” Sodium Pentotal, a barbiturate, is one such autonomous drug that is frequently used in various MKULTRA experiments and other interrogation or hypnosis-related projects. In total, West requested an additional $35,995 for next year’s work, not including the other ten years of research he proposed. That includes $5,000 for “mapping, electroencephalography, electromyography and special stimulation equipment.”
The agency’s response to West’s proposal has apparently been ordered destroyed along with all other MKULTRA records. However, he continued to appear in CIA files until 1991. Although this particular project was undertaken by the Defense Intelligence Agency (the CIA’s counterpart in the Department of Defense), it was considered CIA equity.
