Donald Trump caused quite a stir when he visited a Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday. Not just in restaurants, but on social media as well.
The Republican presidential candidate was seen ordering “30 milkshakes and some chicken” for customers.
“I know this menu better than you do,” he joked to the fast-food employee. “I probably know that better than anyone here.”
The media has the typical knee-jerk reaction of trying to find a negative angle in a cool story. The New York Daily News condemned the visit as an “attempt to win over local voters.”
The left-wing media Axios asked: “Did this money come from his wallet or his campaign funds?”

The media’s reaction was ironic. Especially considering a video of Trump visiting Chick-fil-A went viral.
“I don’t care what the media tells you, Mr. Trump,” a young black woman declared in a video posted to the X social media platform. “we support you!”
The comment prompted Trump to make an interesting request.
“Let me give you a hug,” he said.
The woman happily obliged and hugged the former president before posing for photos.
Around the same time, another man can be heard yelling, “I love you, man. I love you.”

When you put it into context, perhaps the media’s reaction is understandable. First, they don’t want anything in the public domain that might suggest Trump is winning over black voters. This would be devastating for the Biden campaign.
Second, we know what the media thinks about Trump, but we also know what the media thinks about Chick-fil-A.
Just ask former New York Times editor Adam Rubenstein, who wrote about his job niche at the Record. During a practice briefing, he admitted that his favorite sandwich was “Chick-fil-A’s spicy chicken sandwich.”
The comment triggered a Level 4 alarm on the Gray Lady. And gives us one of the greatest stories about the New York Times and why they are the way they are:
The HR representative leading the onboarding chided me: “We don’t do that here. They hate gay people. People started snapping their fingers and clapping. It didn’t occur to me that Chick-fil-A would fall foul of liberal circles because its chairman opposed gay marriage. “It’s not politics. , It’s a chicken,” I said quickly, but it was too late. I sat down, ashamed.

Trump served Chick-fil-A to a college football team celebrating a championship in 2019, and the media thought he dared to serve fast food in the White House.
In fact, they began analyzing his health and linking it to his preference for fast food. Because Bill Clinton has apparently never had McDonald’s fries.
As for black voter support?
MSNBC recently conducted a focus group at a black barbershop, but things didn’t go as planned. Attendees explained that Trump was indeed the choice of African-American voters like them.
“Of course,” one man replied. “A lot of my friends are obviously the same age as me, so we’re a little bit younger. You know, we’ve only voted for president once, and Trump is all we’ve ever known.
“They’ll say, ‘Well, we’re done with Biden. We don’t support Trump. That’s the only thing I hear over and over again… ‘With Trump, we have money,’ ” he explained. “Okay, okay, I hear you. But personally, morally, I can’t see myself.
MSNBC: “Are there people in your circle who either voted for Donald Trump or are considering doing so?”
Voter: “Absolutely. A lot of my friends … they’re saying, well, we’re done with Biden, we’re not with Trump … with Trump, we have money.” pic.twitter.com/Q5IuAZ1nN7

A New York Times poll in November showed support for Trump among black voters was at an all-time high.
“Black voters, long a bastion of Democrats and Mr. Biden, now provide Mr. Trump with 22 percent support in these states, a level not seen in modern Republican presidential politics,” the Times worries .
The Philadelphia Inquirer cited two polls with almost matching numbers showing that about 23% of black voters support Trump.
Maybe it’s because, as the lady above said, they don’t care what the media says.
Now is the time to support and share sources you trust.
