Stolen Courage Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal (Conn.) blasted President Trump and acknowledged that the legal case against the former president is part of a plan to slow down his campaign.
Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, who is serving his third term in the Senate, is best known for lying about his service in Vietnam for personal and political gain.
CNN’s Manu Raju asked Democratic lawmakers whether Trump’s hush money case would backfire politically if he were acquitted.
Blumenthal said he believed “the broad centrist American middle class understands what [Trump] did and why it was so abhorrent.
He continued, “I have become deeply troubled that Donald Trump has succeeded in de-escalating one or more of these cases.”
The U.S. government is fast-tracking Trump’s legal case in an effort to jail him ahead of the 2024 election.
The right to a speedy trial is not a government right. President Trump’s lawyers have done an outstanding job dismissing Jack Smith’s legal case, arguing Trump’s immunity claims, requesting discovery, and asking the judge to release unredacted documents exposing corruption in the Justice Department.
Jack Smith’s legal case delayed as things fall apart.
Blumenthal spoke the quiet part out loud. The Biden administration’s legal action against Trump is aimed at slowing down his campaign and locking him up before the 2024 election.
NEW: Will Donald Trump’s New York criminal case backfire politically? At least one Democrat thinks so. @mkraju MPs were asked if they were concerned about the impact of a possible acquittal.#politicalinside pic.twitter.com/2R0jDcALL7

Not only did Blumenthal lie about serving in the Vietnam War, he also lied about being captain of the Harvard swim team.
Da Nang Dick is a pathological liar. Blumenthal had no room to question another man’s credibility and should not even have been allowed to serve in the Senate because of his lies, which 14 Medal of Honor recipients called a “serious case of theft of courage.”
