A hearing is scheduled for today at 10:00 a.m. ET to review Alvin Bragg’s political prosecution of President Trump, TGP’s Jordan Conradson reports.
Bragg previously indicted Trump on 34 felonies in April 2023, related to the “hush money” he paid to Stormy Daniels. Although no crime was committed, the Braggs upgraded the misdemeanor to a felony to circumvent the statute of limitations, while corrupt “Judge” Juan Mercan helped rig the trial to deliver a guilty verdict.
Perhaps the most effective questioner at today’s hearing was Ukrainian-born Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN). During the interrogation of Democratic impeachment lawyer Norman Eisen, the former U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic, Spartz beat him until he stuttered. At the same time, he also tried to defend the Biden regime’s evil political witch hunt against President Trump and the media’s collusion with the Democratic Party in the 2016 and 2020 elections.
Spartz first made a mockery of Trump’s justice in New York City courts, saying all Americans should be intimidated and worried they could be locked out of simply paying attorney fees and labeling them legal fees. She then talked about the Durham Report, which showed how the FBI rushed to close cases accusing Hillary Clinton of illegally deleting emails from her private server and a nefarious plot linking Trump to Russia.
A stammering Eisen then tried to excuse the Deep State’s actions, but Spartz quickly shut him down, pointing out that John Durham had done his job correctly and was outraged by what he saw.
After Eisen stuttered some more, she brought up the media’s pathological collusion with the Biden campaign to crush the 100% accurate Hunter Biden laptop story and asked him if that seemed weird.
Eisen responded by saying that victimized U.S. Attorney David Weiss was prosecuting Hunter before Spartatz shut him down for good. She once again decried the broken justice system, noting how sad it is, especially considering she grew up in a country where the media is an organ of the state.

SPARTZ: What’s interesting is, when it comes to intimidation and threats and disinformation, I would say, you know, I’m not a lawyer, I’m actually a CPA and have been in finance for a long time. I think a lot of Americans should be scared and concerned if they pay a bill to an attorney and treat it as legal fees, and they could be subject to 34 felony charges as a result. This is real intimidation. You know, that’s the way the law is, so that would make anybody very nervous.
Just talking about 2016, Ambassador, you made remarks about interfering in the election. What do you think… Regarding the Department of Justice under President Obama at the time, you may be familiar with the Durham Report, the rush to close the Hillary Clinton case without any proper investigation, and then the rush to (sort out) Russia Collusion in a hoax against Trump without censoring any information, only to turn out to be lies? And colluding (with the media) to cover up the story! Doesn’t this seem like a distraction in 2016?
EISON (stammering): Uh, uh, no, uh, Miss Spartz, I don’t believe it. There is ample evidence of this investigation, including polling data passed on to… from campaign manager Paul Manafort.
SPARTZ: But you’re acting like the special prosecutor didn’t do his job. Did he lie in his report? He (Durham) accurately concluded in his report that the FBI was not doing its job. He was angry about what was going on with the FBI.
EISEN (stammering again): He, he, did, a, uh…
SPARTZ: Let’s go further! Same thing with Hunter Biden. In 2020, a Politico reporter documented 50 intelligence sources in a story saying the Hunter Biden laptop story didn’t exist… and that Biden used the story to cover up and claim it during the debate does not exist. Don’t you think it’s strange?
Eisen: The Biden Justice Department authorized Trump’s U.S. attorney David Weiss to sue Hunter over the laptop…
SPARTZ: But in 2020, isn’t it weird that they (Democrats) are running the same election disinformation campaign again, and political journalists (lining up) are showing up again? But I won’t (unintelligible) answer because you do have a double standard. There is a double standard in our justice system.
Our justice system is broken! This is why Americans are scared and concerned about the non-existent rule of law…because we have the Department of Justice to protect the people they like.
I can’t believe that as an American who grew up in a repressive country (when Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union) we would be sitting here while the media system colludes with our justice system. I think that’s very, very sad.
