Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan’s Democratic governor and Biden campaign co-chair, appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday to discuss the 2024 election.
When CNN’s Dana Bash asked Whitmer about Hunter Biden’s criminal gun trial, Whitmer easily lost touch.
“[Hunter Biden] Dana Bash said he was on trial for possessing a firearm while under the influence of drugs, which was illegal. “Republican Lindsey Graham says ordinary Americans won’t be prosecuted for this…”
“Dana, are you there?” Whitmer asked.
“Yes, Governor, can you hear me?” Dana Bash asked Whitmer, looking around.
“Well, it sounds like the governor can’t hear me,” Dana Bash said.

Hunter Biden was indicted on federal firearms charges in September. He was charged in Delaware court with three counts related to possession of a firearm while under the influence of drugs.
Halle Biden, the wife and later girlfriend of Hunter Biden’s dead brother, testified Thursday in Hunter’s federal criminal firearms trial.

A few days later, he began drinking heavily and passed out in his car.
“Gateway Pundit” reported as early as October 2020 that Harry Biden threw Hunter’s gun into a trash can in the parking lot of a Delaware grocery store. A man who regularly rummaged through boxes found Hunter Biden’s gun and turned it over to law enforcement.
Prosecutors told the court on Tuesday that Hunter Biden purchased the gun while snorting cocaine every 15 minutes.
On Thursday, Halle Biden told the court that Hunter smoked cracked rocks the size of ping pong balls.
